Michael brings 24 years of construction experience with a background in Refinery, Oil and Gas, and Commercial Construction. Being raised by his grandparents in a blue-collar home, Michael was raised with core values dedicated to hard work and a love for a career in an industry that drives and builds this country’s economy. Like many he was told college was the only path to success, but while in college he decided to start his career from the bottom up. Michael moved into a construction management/project management roll 11 years ago, and one of his most humbling experiences through this process was understanding that you do not need to be the smartest person in the room, but rather surround yourself with the smartest in their respective trades and motivate and lead them to a successful project completion.
